以赛亚书［第三十七章］|Book of Isaiah 37【信实神必成就应许】

引言：
神是永远信实的，必成就祂的应许！只要我们相信，就能在考验中，带着信心跟随神。
一、希西家王求助先知 (V1-7)
1.请求先知为民祷告 (V1-4)
希西家王在危急之中，以哀痛悔改的心进入圣殿求告神，也派人找先知以赛亚为余剩的民祷告。祷告是希西家王从靠自己，到转向神的属灵复兴的开始。 我们如果属灵生命正处于低潮，要省察自己是否缺少祷告。
2. 神垂听并回应祷告 (V5-7)
神垂听并回应祷告。神的回应讲了一句很重要的话：不要惧怕。 神知道人面对危难会内心惧怕，所以祂要安慰人，赐人平安。帮助我们凭着信心刚强面对问题！
二、亚述王继续亵渎神 (V8-13)
亚述王希望用心理战拿下耶路撒冷，所以劝希西家‘不要听神的欺哄’，想让希西家不再信靠神。信实公义的神必会报应，最终遭殃的是亵渎神的人！
三、希西家王亲自祷告 (V14-20)
希西家王亲自向神的祷告。他承认神是治理万邦、大有能力、是我们的神！并且明白亚述王能摧毁列国的神，是因为那些乃是人手所造的，所以被灭绝。 希西家王求神施展大能，使天下万国都知道唯有祂是神！
四、神回应必成就应许 (V21-38)
1.狂傲之人必遭羞辱(V21-29)
亚述王以自己的力量自夸，不知道其实是神使他有力量，还竟然亵渎神，因此神要向亚述发烈怒，用钩钩住他们的鼻，让他们遭羞辱。
2. 属神余民必再复兴（V30-35）
神现在给希西家一个证据，就是应许以色列子民经过这灾难，只要他们悔改归向神，就可以有更美好的结果；为神仆人大卫的缘故，神必保护拯救这城。
3. 先知预言必要成就（V36-37）
这段经文显示了先知的预言得到成就。神派出天使一夜击杀了亚述大军；亚述王从那条来的路逃回尼尼微，最终在自己的神庙中被儿子杀死！ 神的话语永不落空，我们所要做的，就是以耐心和信心跟随神，因为神的应许必要成就！
总结：
今天我们也会一再面对像希西家的挑战。所以我们要效法他投入祷告，专心倚靠神。因为信实的神必成就美好的应许，在信实跟随祂的子民身上！
Isaiah 37: Faithful God Will Fulfill His Promise GK611 Morning Devotion

Introduction:
God is forever faithful and will fulfil His promises! As long as we believe, even in trials, we can follow God with faith.
I. King Hezekiah asking for help from the prophets (V1-7)
1. Ask the prophet to pray for the people (V1-4)
During the crisis, King Hezekiah entered the temple with a heart of sorrow and repentance to pray to God, and he also sent people to find the prophet Isaiah to pray for the remnant of the people. Prayer is the beginning of King Hezekiah's spiritual revival from relying on himself to turning to God.
If we are at a low point in our spiritual life, we need to examine whether we are lacking in prayer.
2. God Hears and Answers Prayer (V5-7)
God hears and answers prayers. God responded with a very important word: Do not be afraid.
God knows that people will be afraid in the face of adversity, so He wants to comfort people and give them peace. Help us face our problems with the strength of faith!
II. The King of Assyria continued to blaspheme God (V8-13)
The King of Assyria hoped to use psychological warfare to take Jerusalem, so he advised Hezekiah "not to listen to God’s deceit" and wanted Hezekiah to stop trusting in God. A faithful and righteous God will surely repay, and in the end, it is those who blaspheme God who suffers!
III. King Hezekiah personally prayed (V14-20)
King Hezekiah himself prayed to God. He acknowledges that God is the ruler of the nations, the mighty, He is our God! And understand that the kings of Assyria can destroy the gods of nations because they were made with the hands of man.
King Hezekiah asked God to show his power so that all the nations of the world would know that He is the only God!
IV. God's response will fulfil the promise (V21-38)
1. The proud will be humiliated (V21-29)
The king of Assyria boasted of his own strength, but he did not know that it was God who gave him strength, and he even blasphemed God. Therefore, God was furious with Assyria and hooked his nose to shame him.
2. The remnant of God will be restored again (V30-35)
God is now giving Hezekiah proof, which is to promise the children of Israel that after this disaster, as long as they repent and turn to God, they will have better results; for the sake of God’s servant David, God will protect and save the city.
3. The prophecies of the prophets will be fulfilled (V36-37)
This passage shows the fulfilment of the prophet's prophecy. God sent an angel to kill the Assyrian army overnight; the Assyrian king fled back to Nineveh that way and was finally killed by his son in his own temple!
God's word never fails, all we have to do is follow God with patience and faith because God's promises will be fulfilled!
Conclusion:
Today we will face challenges like Hezekiah again and again. Therefore, we must imitate him and devote ourselves to prayer and trust in God wholeheartedly.
Because a faithful God will fulfil wonderful promises to his faithful followers!
