【遵神旨意敬拜神】

引言：

神使用摩西告诉以色列子民，他们进入应许之地过后，如果要活出敬拜独一真神的人生，就需要遵神旨意敬拜神。

一、当在神选之地敬拜神（V1-14）

1. 彻底拆毁偶像祭坛（V1-4）

神吩咐以色列人要完全除灭迦南人崇拜的地方祭坛，除去一切的偶像崇拜。以免受假神试探，或照迦南人那样事奉敬拜耶和华。

在我们生命当中，有什么是需要拆除的祭坛? 过去的信仰，家族的遗传，或所处环境的文化当中有任何不合神心意的，都要拆除，要将自己分别为圣，成为神合用的器皿。

2.在神居所欢乐敬拜（V5-12）

以色列子民进入迦南地后，神要选择一个地方为祂的居所，给祂的百姓可以在那里求问敬拜神，由祭司带领他们用正确的方式献祭，确保他们的敬拜不会沾染外邦异教的习俗，经历神的赐福，就都欢喜快乐。

神因为保护我们免受试探，立下了一些规矩。只要我们按神的心意敬拜献祭，神就会赐福。所以我们要感恩，要以神为乐。

二、献祭要在神所选之地（V13-28）

进入迦南地后，以色列子民宰牲吃肉，只要不是献祭之用，都可随意地吃。 但是凡献上的祭物，必须要到神所选择的地方献祭，并只可在那里吃。同时利未人也因此得到供应，共享神的恩典。这里也教导神的百姓不可吃血，因为血代表生命。

现今神照着应许，丰盛的赐福给我们，我们就应当献上感恩的祭，献上十一奉献，献上自己。对于全时间服事神的利未人，我们也要纪念他们所摆上的。

三、不可随从恶俗事奉神（V29-31）

最后摩西再次警戒‘不可…随从他们的恶俗’。外邦人的恶俗包括：将自己的儿女用火焚烧，献与他们的神。这种献人祭的仪式，是神绝对禁止厌恶的！

错误的好奇心会使人容易败坏，因此：…要谨慎，不可访问他们的神 (V30)。‘访问’带有求问和敬拜的意思。所以，我们不要因为好奇而跟随这个世界的价值观，一旦我们开始好奇羡慕这个世界的价值 (名车，名牌，豪宅)，就会开始追逐名利，不满足现状而远离神。

总结：不可加减遵行神吩咐（V32）

V32凡神所吩咐的，都要谨守遵行，不可加添，也不可删减。 我們不要用自己的方式，而是要用神的方式來敬拜神。这才是真实‘遵神旨意敬拜神’！

Introduction:

God used Moses to tell the children of Israel that after they entered the Promised Land, they would need to worship God in accordance with His will if they were to live a life of worship to the one and only true God.

1. Worship God at His chosen place (V1-14)

(1) The complete demolition of the idolatrous altars (v1-4)

God commanded the Israelites to completely destroy the local altars where the Canaanites worshiped, and to remove all idolatry. lest they be tempted by false gods, or serve and worship the Lord as the Canaanites did.

What are the altars in our lives that need to be removed? Anything in our past beliefs, our family heritage, or the culture of our environment that is not to God's liking should be dismantled, and we should sanctify ourselves and become vessels fit for God.

(2) Worship joyfully in God's Dwelling Place (V5-12)

After the children of Israel entered the land of Canaan, God wanted to choose a place as His dwelling place where His people could ask questions and worship God, and the priests would lead them to offer sacrifices in the right way to ensure that their worship would not be tainted with foreign pagan practices, and that they would all rejoice and be happy when they experienced God's blessings.

God has established some rules to protect us from temptation. As long as we worship and offer sacrifices according to God's heart, God will bless us. So we should be thankful and rejoice in God.

2. The sacrifice was to be in the place chosen by God (V13-28)

After entering the land of Canaan, the children of Israel slaughtered animals and ate meat as they pleased, as long as it was not for sacrifice.

But all the sacrifices offered had to be offered in the place chosen by God, and could only be eaten there. At the same time the Levites were thus provided for and shared in the grace of God. Here also God's people are taught not to eat blood, for blood represents life.

Now that God has richly blessed us according to the promise, we should offer a sacrifice of thanksgiving, a tithe, and offer ourselves. For the Levites who serve God all the time, we should also remember what they have laid out.

3.Do not serve God by following evil customs (V29-31)

Finally, Moses warned again, 'take heed to yourself that you are not ensnared to follow them,'. The evil customs of the Gentiles included the burning of their own children in fire and offering them to their gods. This ritual of human sacrifice is absolutely forbidden and disgusting to God!

Wrong curiosity makes people easily corrupted, therefore: ...be careful not to visit their gods (V30). 'Visit' carries the meaning of inquiring and worship. Therefore, we should not follow the values of this world out of curiosity. Once we start to be curious and envy the values of this world (fancy cars, brand names, mansions), we will start to chase after fame and fortune, not being satisfied with the status quo and turning away from God.

Conclusion: Do not add or take away from what God commands (V32)

V32 Whatever I command you, be careful to observe it; you shall not add to it nor take away from it.

We are not to worship God in our own way, but in God's way. That is the true 'worship God according to His will' !
