【真信蒙真福】

引言:发声指出罪行!(V1)

一、提防假敬虔的热心(V2-5)

天天寻求神,乐意明白神的话,甚至渴望亲近神,这不正是有美好灵性的人吗?甚至还常常禁食祷告,攻克己身,这还不是最虔诚的信徒吗?这些外显的宗教活动虽然是积极信仰生活的表现,但是神也关注人是否同时也显出“恶行”?

对敬虔的人而言,神不是看外表的宗教行为,而是看他如何待人处事:与人争竞?对人施暴?为利压迫他人,这样的人再怎么禁食和祷告都是徒然的。换言之,神不喜悦我们在信仰中不真诚、不真实、为自己的利益而压迫他人。神不是看人做了多少样好事?而是更不能接受人做坏事、犯罪的事。

二、何谓真信仰的生活(V6-7)

神所要的禁食祷告是要人得着释放,脱离辖制捆绑得自由,砍断一切压制人的重额。这是神要做的事,但是神却是要透过热切祷告禁食的人去做。这是我们禁食祷告,追求敬虔信仰的最终目的。

把自己有的粮食分给真贫困有需要的,接待流浪无家的,具体供应有欠缺的,对家人更当如此。这就是神所说的真实信仰,真实禁食祷告。今非昔比,政府有福利部专门收纳流浪汉,还轮不到你把流浪汉接到家里住。大原则就是要作有需要之人的邻舍。在他人的需要上看到自己的服事机会与可扮演的角色!

三、真信仰的真实应许(V8-14)

1.新生命的复苏(V8-10)

愿意实践信仰使命与生活的人将获得一连串的祝福,神的应许是‘医治要速速发明,神的公义在前,荣光在后’。扩张版圣经翻译成‘新生命的复苏,而且带来平安与丰盛’。我们要如何经历呢?首先是自己不再成为恶言指控他人的人。再来是怜悯和帮助有困难和需要的人;如此一来,你的好就会变成越来越好。个人复苏带动他人也复苏。

2.蒙恩祝福万民(V11-12)

有神引导心得满足,身体也越来越强壮。如同取之不完的水泉祝福列国万民。你可以想象我们将有多丰盛呢?否则怎能成为水流不绝的源头呢?不但我们自己首先蒙福,我们也要成为多人的祝福。(就像彩葵女儿的经历,从不能读书、不像读书,到来了教会,努力读书,面列前茅!)

3.顾念神蒙神顾(V13-14)

对旧约中的以色列人而言,这句话的应用是可以按照字面的理解,安息日只有安息日可走的路程,不能去旅行、工作、办私事、说闲话都不可以。这句话的属灵原则就是以神为中心,完全活在神面前的感觉。如果是与神在一起,你还想作别事吗?还想去别处吗?

按照今日的处境而言,安息日是主的日子。我们要在主的安息中重新得力!我们做什么都为主而做,靠主而做,心思不断保持在基督里。我们如此顾念神,神也必然顾念我们。如此一来,我们就必经历神的一切应许。什么是私事?我们基督在我们里面,我们活着就是基督,我们就没有所谓“私事”,都是主的事不是吗?

总结:真神岂能假信?

神是万有之主,祂是独一的真神,我们岂能信得随随便便、马马虎虎呢?
我们对神有多认真?我们蒙福的程度就有多进深。

Introduction: Speak up and point out the crime!

1. Beware of false godly zeal (V2-5)

Is this not a person with a good spiritual nature, who seeks God every day, who is pleased to understand His word, and even desires to draw near to Him? They even often fast and pray and discipline themselves, are they not the most devout believers? Although these outward religious activities are manifestations of an active life of faith, God is also concerned about whether or not man is also manifesting "evil deeds"?

For the godly man, God does not look at outward religious behaviour, but at how he deals with people: Does he compete with them? Is he violent to others? It is futile for such a person to fast and pray in order to oppress others for profit. In other words, God is not pleased with us being insincere and untrue in our faith and oppressing others for our own benefit. God is not looking at how many good things people have done? Rather, it is more unacceptable for people to do bad things and sinful things.

2. What is the life of true faith (V6-7)

The fasting and prayer that God wants is to set people free from bondage and cut off all the heavy weights that hold them down. This is what God wants to do, but God wants to do it through the person who fervently prays and fasts. This is the ultimate purpose of our fasting and prayer in pursuit of godly faith.

To give what food we have to the truly poor and needy, to receive the homeless, to provide specifically for those who are in need, and even more so for our families. This is what God calls true faith, true fasting and prayer. Nowadays, the government has a welfare department to take in the homeless, but it is not your turn to take the homeless into your home. The general principle is to be a neighbour to those in need. See the opportunities in your ministry and role in the needs of others!

3.The True Promise of True Faith (V8-14)

(1) The recovery of new life (V8-10) Those who are willing to practice the mission and life of faith will receive a series of blessings. God's promise is that 'Your healing shall spring forth speedily, And your righteousness shall go before you; The glory of the LORD shall be your rear guard. The Amplified Bible translates this as 'a resurgence of new life, and it brings peace and abundance'. How are we to experience it? First of all, it is to stop being a person who accuses others with evil words. Then comes compassion and helping those in need and distress; in so doing, your good becomes better and better. Personal recovery leads to the recovery of others as well.

(2) Blessed by grace to all nations (V11-12)

With God's guidance and insight, the body becomes stronger and stronger. Like an inexhaustible fountain of water that blesses all nations. Can you imagine how abundant we will be? How else can we be an inexhaustible source of water? Not only will we be blessed ourselves first, but we will also be a blessing to many. (Just like the experience of Cai Kui's daughter, who went from not being able to study, does not like to study until coming to church, studying hard and becoming high scorer.

(3) Care for God and to be cared for by God (V13-14)

For the Israelites in the Old Testament, the application of this phrase could be taken literally, with only the Sabbath day being a Sabbath day for walking, not for traveling, working, doing personal business, or gossiping. The spiritual principle of this statement is the feeling of being centred on God and living completely in His presence. If you are with God, do you want to do anything else? Do you want to go somewhere else?

According to the situation today, the Sabbath is the day of the Lord. We want to renew our strength in the rest of the Lord! We do everything for the Lord and by the Lord, keeping our minds constantly in Christ. If we are so mindful of God, God will certainly be mindful of us. In this way, we shall experience all the promises of God. What is a personal matter? We have Christ in us, and we live as Christ, so we have no "private affairs", they are the Lord's business, aren't they?

Conclusion: How can we believe in the true God falsely?

God is the Lord of all and He is the one true God, so how can we believe casually and sloppily?
How serious are we about God? Then the depth of how blessed we will be.
